The chalet is designed for 6 people. Its maximum capacity is 6 people including visitors. It is important to respect the maximum person capacity allocated to the chalet at all times. This maximum capacity must include visitors who sleep or do not sleep at the chalet, children and babies.
Unfortunately, due to our capacity and the design of the chalet, we cannot accept groups inside the chalet and on the site outside the chalet.
The person who made the reservation must be present for the entire period of the stay. The tenant is responsible for all breakages and damages caused during his stay in the chalet, outside the chalet, to the chalet's equipment and access to the lake. The owner undertakes to deliver the chalet to the tenant in a state of cleanliness, functionality and peace of mind. The tenant undertakes to maintain the premises in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
Due to its height design, the staircase is the main passage to access certain amenities. The chalet may therefore be less suitable for young children and babies. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the tenant. He will take care not to leave them unsupervised in the chalet, on the chalet site or at access to the lake.
Animals are strictly prohibited in the chalet and on the chalet site.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the chalet. Smokers outside agree to put their cigarette butts in the boiler provided for this purpose.
It is strictly forbidden to use candles inside the chalet.
Excessive noise (music, parties, shouting, etc.) is not tolerated on the chalet site. In order to maintain the tranquility of the chalet site, portable outdoor radios are prohibited. The tenant undertakes to reasonably control the exterior speakers provided for this purpose.
Out of consideration for our neighborhood and the preservation of the environment, the use of fireworks is prohibited at all times on the site.
It is strictly forbidden to light open fires. The tenant undertakes to use the equipped fire space. No harmful materials or materials other than the wood intended for this purpose must be used for bonfires.
The use of firearms is strictly prohibited on the chalet site.
The use of snowmobiles and ATVs on the site is permitted only to access the marked trails from the chalet site.
It is strictly forbidden to set up tents on the chalet site.
The use of a drone is strictly prohibited on the chalet site.
Management of rejects must be done before departure. The tenant undertakes to take out the waste and place it in the external bins provided for this purpose.
Firms: Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund for reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, if cancellation is sent within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After this period, 50 % of the reservation amount is refunded up to 7 days before arrival. No refund after this period.
In the event of non-compliance with the premises, the owner reserves the right to claim costs for the replacement of stolen or damaged equipment during the rental period. The tenant undertakes to compensate the owner for the amount of damage estimated by the latter. In the event of non-compliance with the regulations below, charges will apply.
In summary, our regulations are established to ensure that your time spent with us rhymes with relaxation and shared happiness, all within a framework of mutual respect and appreciation of our natural environment. By opting for our chalet during your stay, we commit to offering you a space to take care of yourself and you agree to take care of our space. You understand the possible consequences for inappropriate behavior and you agree to comply with these regulations. We rely on your honesty, your integrity and thank you for your understanding.
